JET – Body Double, the seventeenth installment in the JET series (nineteenth if you count the pair of prequels) is at long last going live on Amazon!
This one was a long time coming due to other commitments, and I suspect the next one will be nearly a year due to a new 12 book series I’ve agreed to co-author with a name author whose work I’ve long admired. So 2022 is largely spoken for with that occupying my time, but we shall see…
Thanks, Russell.
Wishing you well in all of your endeavours.
Hi Russell,
I really enjoyed your book series – just something very compelling about writing a strong female character. Can’t wait to get into this latest instalment.
I also just discovered the TV series ‘Jett’ written by Sebastien Gutierrez. I can’t believe how close to your books this series is – is there any connection or is it just a case of plagiarism? (Wish someone would make the real Jet series for TV!)
Anyway, congratulations on the new deal – hope the co-writing experience is really positive.
Regards,
John
Never heard of JETT, but will have to check it out.
Will there be a follow up to Book 17, Body Double? I just started reading it and I’m already wanted the evil crooks gone!
I am outlining the next one as we speak. Maybe a July or August release!
Best wishes, bro, with the new series.
On a different note, the 50th anniversary Edition
of Frederick Forsyth’s The Day of the Jackal just came in.
Read it 30-some years ago, and felt a need to revisit the legendary thriller. Still say you’re in Mr. Forsyth’s league. Got the knack.
By the way, the great Ray Liotta passed recently. Some are saying it was the Phizer. Don’t know. Can’t say. What I do know is that Mr. Liotta was a fine actor. Had tremendous respect for his work. RIP.

Mr. Blake,
Hello, I was wondering if any more of “JET” series was going to be released on Audible. I am a long haul truck driver and listen to a lot of books. I have just finished book 7.
Thanks,
Anthony
No plans to anytime soon, due to Audible’s changed royalty scheme that makes it unprofitable to do audio these days.
